The most important thing to us at Golf Geeks is that you’re delighted with the equipment you have bought from us & know that the only way to make 100% sure of this is to give you the chance to trial them.
So, for this reason, we have done all we can to help you get this right first time with detailed buying guides and a sophisticated search and filter function within our website to only show you the clubs that fit your specific criteria. However, we know that despite a club being right on paper that sometimes it just doesn’t
suit when it comes to using it.
Our 14-day trial allows you the opportunity to take your newly bought clubs to the driving range or out for a round of golf to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase.
If you are not 100% happy with how they perform for you then send them back – and we’ll send you a replacement or refund your money.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This trial is available on Golf Clubs (excluding Ex-Display Clubs) only and not Rangefinder or GPS devices.
If you wish to send the clubs back, please contact Golf Geeks by phone or email to let us know they are coming back so we can send you all the information you need to return them to us. If you wish to exchange them for another club/set we can arrange this at the time you make contact & arrange everything, so this all
Ultimately, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so are more than happy to discuss, advise and help in any way we can to make sure you end up with the right equipment for your game.
The clubs must be dispatched back to Golf Geeks within 14 days of receiving them in the first instance.
Please keep your proof of postage & tracking details as the clubs are your responsibility until they arrive back at Golf Geeks HQ. We would expect customers to insure against loss during postage as clubs that do not reach Golf Geeks HQ, regardless of proof of postage, will not be refunded.
Following a quick condition inspection, Golf Geeks will then refund the full purchase price to you the same way you paid for the clubs initially. Please note we do not refund the cost of postage in the first instance or the cost of shipping them back to Golf Geeks.
Golf Geeks reserves the right to reduce the refund if the condition of the clubs has worsened noticeably, but we will contact you at the earliest convenience if this is the case. Please note this is a very unusual occurrence, but Golf Geeks urges all customers who are testing clubs to please do so in a careful and controlled manner. A wedge that’s damaged by a stone in a bunker or a driver that has developed ‘sky’ marks will be subject to a price adjustment.
Courier costs are not refunded.
Please note it can take up to 7 days after the clubs have arrived for a refund to show on your card/statement.
