Buying from the Golf Geeks Website is classed as ‘distance selling’.
This means our customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time without giving a reason & even if the goods supplied are not faulty.
We offer a full refund to any customer who has told us within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. Customers have another 14 days to return the goods (at their expense) once they’ve informed us of the return.
Golf Geeks will refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back via the payment method used to make the original purchase.
Refunds of this type are only valid when requested by the original
purchaser.
