460cc titanium head on the new Ping G5 driver features internal weighting distribution that re-positions the centre of gravity for lower spin rates and greater distance.
Eight grams of weight was moved from the crown and face to the sole to achieve the lower centre of gravity location.
Similar in shape to the popular Ping G2 driver, the confidence-inspiring head provides forgiveness and includes a thinner moon-graphic alignment aid.
New face geometry ensures high ball speed for maximum distance and lower spin rates allowed the engineers to increase the available lofts.
