Golf Geeks warrants that its golf clubs will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal and customary use for 90 Days from the date of purchase provided that the golf club has not been abused, altered, defaced or misused or otherwise damaged through the act of neglect of the consumer. Please note that grips and headcovers are not covered under the warranty cover.
Golf Geeks warrants that its GPS/Rangefinders will be in fully working condition, excluding any cosmetic defects as outlined at the time of sale, for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase provided that the equipment has not been abused, altered, opened up, defaced or misused or otherwise damaged through an act of neglect of the consumer. Golf Geeks does not warrant the battery of the product if it can be replaced i.e. on most rangefinder models. If the battery cannot be removed (as is a sealed unit) & therefore cannot be replaced then it will be covered under the 30-day warranty as the product is essentially faulty if the battery ceases to operate.
If a defect appears during the warranty period of the product and you comply with the requirements above then Golf Geeks, at its sole discretion, will either:
- Repair the defect at Golf Geeks expense
- Replace the defective product with a ‘like for like’ item with the customers agreement
- Refund your initial purchase price less any reasonable depreciation due to time elapsed
